Cyprus: Further information on legal concern / medical concern / prisoner of conscience: Theocharis Theokli Theocharidis

On 16 February 1995 the Medical Council reconsidered the case of Theocharis Theokli Theocharidis and declared him unfit for military exercises on health grounds. He is now definitely exempt from military obligations.
