In this document Amnesty International makes recommendations to the governments of various states about ending torture, arbitrary arrests, the death penalty, for example. The organization also makes wide-ranging recommendations about ESCR, violence against women, forced evictions, prison conditions, the International Criminal Court and freedoms of association and expression.
