In this document Amnesty International makes recommendations to the governments of various States about the ratification of international human rights standards; torture and other ill-treatment; arbitrary arrests, the death penalty, counter-terrorism; the International Criminal Court; and refugees, for example. The organization also makes wide-ranging recommendations about ESCR, land disputes, migrant domestic workers, impunity, freedom of expression and forced disappearances.
